About the Role:
Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide exceptional hospice and palliative care support in Trabuco Canyon, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance for hospice and palliative care patients
• Monitor and document patient health status, comfort levels, and changes in condition
• Administer comfort-focused care in alignment with individualized hospice care plans
• Offer emotional support and compassionate companionship to patients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Communicate effectively with hospice nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment for patients at end of life

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life caregiving strongly preferred
• HCA - Home Care Identification Number 
• TB Test- Fingerprint- Physical Examination-  
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus
• Strong understanding of comfort care, pain management support, and patient dignity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in Trabuco Canyon, CA
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
