About the Role
We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional
craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This is ideal for carpenters who take
pride in detail, enjoy complex and challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including
advancement into a Lead Carpenter role.

What You'll Do

•  Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom
• woodworking
•  Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
•  Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
•  Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
•  Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
•  Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed

What We're Looking For

•  5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
•  Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking
•  High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency
•  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•  Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred

Compensation
Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience. Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, paid
holidays, bonus opportunities, and career growth.
