Integral Builders is hiring a Skilled Carpenter to assist Project Managers in completing contracted work and change orders to the satisfaction of the customer. This role is ideal for someone with solid carpentry experience who is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work within established company procedures while contributing to a collaborative crew environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general carpentry on residential and light commercial projects
  • Assist with additions, framing, decks, remodels, siding, and exterior renovations
  • Support metal roofing and post-frame or pole barn construction projects
  • Follow project scope, company procedures, and safety expectations
  • Work closely with Project Managers and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  • Help maintain tools, trailers, and general shop/jobsite organization
  • Assist with cleanup and shopkeeping responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of carpentry, remodeling, or framing experience
  • Understanding of general construction best practices
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Team-oriented with respectful communication skills
  • Dependable, adaptable, and safety-conscious
  • Physical strength and the ability to work at heights
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation to travel to job sites is required.
  • Access to a smartphone for time tracking (company systems used).
  • Experience with metal roofing, post-frame buildings, or pre-engineered steel buildings is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-Time - W-2 employment
  • Benefits include holiday pay, vacation pay, bonus opportunities, paid time off, and company HSA contributions

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM
  • Hours may vary seasonally based on workload and weather conditions.
