We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with strong remodeling and residential construction skills. The ideal candidate must have well-rounded carpentry experience and be capable of handling projects from rough framing through finish carpentry. This position requires a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a professional attitude on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of carpentry work, from framing to finish.
- Complete remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and general home improvements.
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish carpentry components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential remodeling and general carpentry.
- Ability to perform carpentry work from framing through finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work safely and follow company safety procedures.
