Requirements
- Reliable transportation: Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
- Fully equipped: Possess a complete set of tools necessary for carpentry and related tasks.
- Experience: 3–5 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Work ethic: Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
