Responsibilities include:• Performing carpentry, framing, subfloor repair, and structural repairs• Assisting with releveling, pier and footing work, and foundation repairs• Installing skirting, siding, trim, awnings, decks, and steps• Completing plumbing repairs, drywall installation and patching, painting, and flooring projects• Reading scopes of work and completing tasks to company standards• Assisting in training and directing entry-level laborers• Maintaining tools, materials, and a clean, safe job site• Following company safety procedures and quality standardsQualifications• 2-5 years of general construction experience• Valid driver's license• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (truck preferred)• Experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, or siding• Ability to work productively with limited supervision• Ownership of basic hand tools• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded• Ability to lift heavy materials• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces• Manufactured or mobile home experience is a plus but not requiredTake the First Step TodayApply now.
