As a Field Technician, you will assist with a variety of construction, remodeling, restoration, and repair projects. This role requires hands -on experience in one or more construction trades and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities include:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Perform construction, repair, restoration, and remodeling work as assigned<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Assist with demolition, installation, repairs, and project completion activities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Maintain a clean and organized job site<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Communicate effectively with Crew Leads, Project Managers, and team members<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Identify and report job site issues, material needs, or safety concerns<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Minimum 3–5 years of construction industry experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with remodeling, restoration, residential, and commercial projects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in one or more of the following:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • • Plumbing systems, fixture installation, repairs, and piping<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Carpentry including framing, trim work, cabinetry, drywall, and finish carpentry<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, waterproofing, layout, cutting, and grout installation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/ul>

        • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Knowledge of construction safety practices and job site procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to lift materials and work in various construction environments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
