Skilled Construction Worker

Taveras Talent Group LLC is seeking experienced Skilled Construction Workers for an upcoming commercial construction project in the Springfield, MA area.

Position Summary

The Skilled Construction Worker will support a fast-paced commercial construction site by performing a variety of skilled tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. This is a full-time, onsite role with Monday through Friday scheduling and overtime available based on project needs.

You will work closely with site supervision and a team of tradespeople to complete daily work assignments, follow jobsite directions, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled construction tasks to support daily project goals.

• Read, understand, and follow directions from the site supervisor and project lead.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and responsibly according to jobsite standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.

• Collaborate with others on-site to support efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Previous construction experience performing skilled tasks in a jobsite setting.

• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Reliable transportation to consistently report to the onsite location.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).

• Experience working on commercial construction projects or in team-based construction environments.

• Familiarity with basic jobsite safety practices and safe work behaviors.
