Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced craftsman who operates at a high level in a production shop environment. This role is for someone who understands the difference between “getting it done” and executing work to a professional millwork standard—clean, consistent, and correct the first time.
Core Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble high-end architectural millwork, casework, and custom components
Execute work across veneer, plastic laminate, and solid wood with precision
Interpret shop drawings and build exactly to spec with minimal oversight
Maintain tight tolerances, clean joinery, and consistent finishes
