Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite by removing debris and assisting with site clean-up.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and machinery.
- Support skilled trades in tasks like concrete work, carpentry, and masonry.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience required.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Must pass a background check (required for some job sites).
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
