About the Role: Join ADDAX HOME HEALTH LLC as a Home Health Agency RN Administrator/Alternative Administrator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for our patients in Fort Myers, FL and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact in the home health industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the home health agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality care team.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and services.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation and management.
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards of care.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve service delivery.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
Requirements:
Must have a valid nursing license (RN), with knowledge of home health regulations.
Proven experience in home health administration or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, patients, and families.
Experience with budget management and financial oversight in a healthcare setting.
