Weare seeking experienced and dependable industrial construction professionals to join our growing team in Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in metal stud framing and ceiling panel installation who take pride in producing high-quality interior build-outs.
Note: Only candidates with direct experience in industrial construction will be considered.
Key Requirements - Must-Have Skills:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction
- Must be able to pass a global background check
- Proven experience in ceiling panel installation (required)
- Strong proficiency in metal stud framing, layout, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plans
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Must be bilingual (English proficiency required)
- Able to work independently or as part of a small team
- Strong commitment to job site safety and craftsmanship
Key Responsibilities:- Perform metal stud framing, layout, and installation according to specifications
- Install ceiling panels to meet industrial standards
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed on-site
- Maintain organized work areas and handle tools and materials responsibly
- Work efficiently in fast-paced, large-scale industrial construction settings
Safety First - Fall Protection Requirements:- Must be able to wear and work in Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS), including a full-body harness and lanyard.
- Physical weight limited to 190 pounds.
- Must inspect fall protection gear prior to every use.
