Job Summary:
Perform routine/preventive maintenance of building and equipment and perform in-house construction tasks and any other duties as assigned. Interacts in a respectful manner, considerate of age and physical abilities. Provides assistance to individuals in a manner that takes into account their special needs or age related needs.
Education & Experience
High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Five or more year's experience in maintenance; or technical training above the high school level and experience in various building trades.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: Maintain a valid, current Mississippi driver's license.
