Key Requirements:
- Previous residential construction or skilled labor experience preferred.
- Experience assisting with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sheetrock, or carpentry is highly preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.
- Must be comfortable working in residential construction environments.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn multiple trades.
