MAU is hiring a Remote Skilled Labor Recruiter. As a Skilled Labor Recruiter, you will source, recruit, qualify, and place skilled manufacturing and logistics professionals in contract and direct-hire opportunities while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually
  • Commission: Eligible to participate in an uncapped commission plan

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience supporting skilled labor positions for manufacturing and/or logistics clients
  • 1+ years of client engagement experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant professional certification

Essential Functions

  • Utilize MAU and client applicant tracking systems to manage the recruiting process efficiently
  • Source qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled labor talent
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews
  • Present employment offers and negotiate as needed
  • Partner with Recruiting Account Managers to develop creative recruiting strategies that meet client hiring needs
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
  • Contribute to recruiting best practices for contract and direct-hire staffing
  • Meet or exceed annual gross margin goals
