Skilled Laborer

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.

Skilled Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Setup and breakdown of work areas
• Operate power and hand tools
• Load and unload materials
• Perform general clean-up and other assigned duties

Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

• Shotcrete 
• Plaster finishes, Pebble Tec, StoneScapes 

• Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques
• Able to use power and hand tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength lift 80 lbs
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Prior background in general construction, hardscapes, or heavy manual labor.
• Interest or basic experience in traditional automotive mechanics or turning wrenches
• Valid driver's license.(Not required, but a plus)
• CDL driver's license (Not required, but a plus)
