CCC Concepts Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Laborer / Journeyman to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled trade work in one or more of the following specialties:
  • Waterproof Coatings
  • Roofing Systems
  • Concrete Form to Finish
  • Rough Framing & Carpentry
  • Painting & Caulking
  • Stucco and Building Envelope
• Work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field)
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
