Skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse

Tulia & Hereford, TX | 30-Mile Service Area | $30/Visit + Incentives | PRN | Weekly Pay

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Tulia, Hereford, and nearby communities within a 30-mile radius.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed
• Provide medications and treatments as ordered
• Reinforce care instructions with patients and families
• Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate visit documentation

Pay & Schedule

• $30 per visit + incentives
• Weekly pay
• PRN
• Tulia, Hereford, and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
• Comfortable working independently
