Phaxis is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected retirement community in the Cary area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a stable full-time role in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Monitor and assess resident conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Maintain proper infection control procedures and clinical standards
• Document nursing care and patient updates thoroughly
• Coordinate care needs according to physician instructions
• Order and maintain necessary medical supplies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Preferred Clinical Experience:
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Medication administration/pass
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator experience

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state license required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
