Skilled Nursing RN – Flexible Scheduling | Resident-Focused Care

Casey Rehab & Nursing is adding to our nursing team and is currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities in our skilled nursing facility.

This role is ideal for an RN who values consistency, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and the ability to build meaningful connections with long-term residents. Our team prioritizes practical, resident-centered care in a supportive and steady-paced environment.

Role Overview

As an RN on our team, you will play a key role in maintaining quality of care and supporting residents' day-to-day clinical needs. You'll collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary staff to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care team members
• Support a structured, team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and make sound clinical decisions
• Commitment to respectful, resident-focused care

Compensation

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour

Compensation is based on experience and selected benefit options.
Team members who opt for reduced benefits may be eligible for increased hourly pay.
