Job Title: Skilled Production Technician FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Code: Laborer and Helper

Education and/or Experience

Record of High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Preferred:

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Physical Demands

Include:

• Sitting
• Standing
• Walking
• Use of fingers, hands, and arms to handle grip and grasp objects
• Controls parts, tools, and operate required equipment
• Reach, push, and pull with hands and arms
• Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Being able to see 2025 vision with or without glasses and hear with mechanical assistance if necessary
• Sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift: Monday to Friday
• Night shift: Overtime, Weekends as needed
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities
