We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who values one-on-one patient care, flexibility, and having the support of a local team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform skilled visits, including wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
• Work with our team and patients to help create a schedule that works for you

No OASIS documentation required!

We serve Medicaid and private-pay clients, giving you the opportunity to provide focused, hands-on care without the administrative burden of OASIS.

Pay & Schedule

• $1,000–$1,300 per week (base + incentives)
• Mileage pay
• full time, Monday–Friday schedule
• After-hours rotation
• Amarillo and surrounding communities

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
