Job Title: Residential Plumber (Maintenance, Repair & Water Heater Specialist)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Plumber with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in general residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, and water heater diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. You will provide high-quality service to homeowners, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure every job is completed safely and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections for residential properties
- Diagnose and repair various plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and drainage problems
- Service, repair, and replace residential water heaters (tank and tankless units)
- Install, repair, or replace faucets, toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs
- Educate customers on plumbing issues and recommend preventive maintenance
- Comply with all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of proven experience in residential plumbing, with strong focus on maintenance, repairs, and water heater work
- Valid plumbing license or certification (Journeyman preferred; requirements vary by location)
- EPA 608 Certification (if handling refrigerant-based systems) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and plumbing diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation (company vehicle will be provided once fully established)
- Professional appearance, clean cut appearance, strong communication skills, and customer-service orientation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions
