Skilled RN Visit shifts Naperville/Oakbrook Area

Position Details:

We are looking for nurses for our patients in Naperville/Oakbrook along with other clients in the area.

· Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

· Respond to life saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.

· Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient

· Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care

· Follow HIPPA and IL state guidelines

*We are in need of nurse with knowledge of Gtube, trach, vents, hospice care, bowel programs, injections, administer edema, help with some CNA tasks*

*Looking for reliable individuals that want to pick up multiple shifts*

Registered Nurses Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must have a physical exam within the year
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
• Must have hands on CPR card.
• Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL
• Must have at least 1yr of experience

Schedule:

• Wednesday- Sunday 630p-1030p (Naperville client)
• Other visit shifts available
• Hourly 
• Sub-nursing
