This is an operator position, looking for candidates that display a great understanding of how to troubleshoot. Previous Operator Experience: • Experience with filling lines, production equipment, or automated machinery (preferably in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a similar field). • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or other regulated environments is highly preferred. Technical Skills: • Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems and machinery effectively. • Comfortable with calibration and minor adjustments during operations to prevent downtime. • Experience working with quality standards and safety protocols. Soft Skills and Attributes: • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to document production activities clearly. Other Considerations: • Prefer to work night shift and able to work overtime as needed (sometimes we run on Saturdays). • Prior experience in roles where efficiency and precision were emphasized (e.g., packaging, assembly, or filling lines).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Perform set-up, operation, and monitoring of packaging and drying equipment processes in a controlled environment. • Complete in-process test measurements, in-process product inspections and adjust equipment operating parameters. • Perform material handling activities. • Accurately document production activities. • Participate in Danaher Business Systems activities. The essential requirements of the job include: • High school degree or equivalent • 1+ years of experience • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds • Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Experience in a FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment • Experience in a medical diagnostic device environment • Microsoft Office programs.
