Help Launch a New HVAC Program — Inspire the Next Generation
Do you see problems as puzzles to solve? Can you turn a pressure chart or wiring diagram into an “aha!” moment? If so, step into a role where your HVAC expertise builds careers. At our new Lincoln, Rhode Island campus, you’ll be a founding instructor guiding small groups through both theory and hands-on lab work—all within a 4-day work week.
Your Mission
Transform technicians-in-training into job-ready professionals by combining clear instruction, real equipment, and steady mentorship in a cutting-edge, climate-controlled facility.
How You’ll Do It
- Teach accredited HVAC technologies, balancing classroom learning with live lab practice
- Run engaging, safety-first labs using the latest tools and systems
- Build lesson plans tied to industry standards and certification outcomes
- Give timely feedback, track progress, and champion student growth
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance the program launch and beyond
- Keep your skills sharp with current HVAC trends and techniques
- Coach for certification exams and long-term career success
What It Takes
- 5+ years as an HVAC Technician
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths
- Ability to motivate and engage adult learners
- Authentic passion for teaching and mentoring
