Shifts & Pay
- Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift
- Pay Range: $18–$25+ per hour
(Based on role, shift, and experience)
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary by role but may include:
- Operating machinery such as CNC equipment, press brakes, and fabrication tools
- Welding, fitting, and assembling metal components to specification
- Preparing surfaces through sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning
- Applying coatings and finishes in industrial paint environments
- Moving materials safely throughout the facility
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
- Supporting general shop operations and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Safety-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
Certifications or specialized experience (CNC, welding, painting, etc.) are a plus depending on the role.
