Job Overview
 We are seeking a dedicated Construction Professional to join our team and contribute to various building projects. This role involves engaging in the completion of construction tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to grow in the construction industry. 
 
Duties

• Lead the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials to support ongoing projects
• Installation of structures, framing, or other building components under minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and securing tools and materials
• Always follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed
• Support team members in completing project milestones efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is necessary to include rough carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, and other handyman type skills.
• Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the construction field
