Skilled Trades Recruiter

People Source is seeking a Recruiter / Onsite Manager to recruit and manage skilled tradesmen for local and travel construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and interview skilled tradesmen
• Coordinate employee onboarding and job placements
• Manage and support employees onsite
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs
• Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades candidates
• Split schedule between Midlothian and Arlington

Requirements:

• Staffing/recruiting or construction experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
