    Recruit Top Skilled Trades Talent<\/span>

    • Source, screen, interview, and place skilled trades professionals<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Attend trade school events, job fairs, and networking opportunities<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals<\/span>

      Own the Recruitment Process<\/span>

      • Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement<\/span>

      • Write compelling job ads and job descriptions<\/span>

      • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre -employment processes<\/span>

      • Maintain strong communication and follow -up with both clients and candidates<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          • 2+ years of full desk recruiting experience
            <\/li>
          • Proven business development and client relationship success
            <\/li>
          • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
            <\/li>
          • Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously
            <\/li>
          • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments is highly preferred

          • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
