We are hiring for our client, a values-driven staffing firm in the Broken Arrow, OK area, seeking an experienced recruiter to support a high-activity skilled trades / industrial desk, with some opportunity to work on direct-hire searches.

Location / Work Setup

  Broken Arrow, OK

  100% in-office
  
• 
  Typical hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with some flexibility in scheduling
  

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact recruiting role in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes feedback, accountability, and strong values alignment. You’ll primarily focus on contract/contract-to-hire staffing, with some direct-hire recruiting while managing the client relationship.

What You’ll Recruit For

Heavy focus on fab/industrial roles such as:

• 
  Welders (all processes)
  
• 
  CNC / Machinists
  
• 
  Assemblers
  
• 
  Other fabrication/industrial skill sets
  

What You’ll Do

• 
  Manage multiple active openings in a fast-paced environment
  
• 
  Source, screen, and interview candidates with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  
• 
  Coordinate candidate steps through interview stages 
  
• 
  Support and expand existing client accounts (no requirement to bring in brand-new business)
  
• 
  Partner closely with a collaborative team and operate with a culture of feedback and accountability
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Skilled Trades/Industrial recruiting experience
  
• 
  Ability to handle a high workload and multiple requisitions
  
• 
  Preference for someone with strong contract/contract-to-hire experience and some direct-hire exposure
  

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 salary range based on experience plus commission plan
