Education, Experience & Requirements

• Licensure: Must possess, as a minimum, a valid State of Maine Nursing license.

• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence.

• Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude or prior experience in guiding healthcare teams.

Skills & Abilities

• Technical Literacy: Knowledge and practical use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or solid general computer skills.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly.

• Leadership Drive: Effective leadership skills and/or a strong readiness to invest in growing these crucial skills to mentor new staff and elevate patient care standards.
