Role Description This is a contract, on-site Skincare Consultant role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Skincare Consultant will engage clients in-store, provide personalized consultations, and recommend suitable 111SKIN products based on individual skin concerns and goals. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product usage, explaining key ingredients and benefits, educating clients on skincare routines, and ensuring an elevated customer experience. The role also involves maintaining product displays, supporting sales objectives, tracking client feedback, and collaborating with retail and training teams to uphold brand standards.

• Relevant certifications in esthetics or cosmetology, or comparable skincare training.

• Experience in luxury beauty, dermatology clinics, spas, or high-end retail environments is beneficial.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple clients, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
