Compensation: $19/hour + tips + retail commissions

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional facials, peels, and advanced skin treatments
Conduct thorough skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans
Recommend appropriate skincare products and educate clients on usage
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and calm treatment space
Assist with retail product sales and spa membership promotions
Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician (required)
Experience with facial and skin rejuvenation treatments
Knowledgeable in skin care and cosmetic products
Strong communication and customer service skills
