Job Duties

• Warmly greet guests and kick off their Sky Pirates adventure with energy and enthusiasm
• Help create a safe, exciting, and fun atmosphere for both guests and teammates
• Deliver exceptional guest service that leaves every visitor smiling and ready to set sail again
• Keep daily operations running smoothly by following procedures with a positive attitude
• Answer questions about our products, promotions, and everything Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay has to offer
• Process transactions quickly and accurately while handling cash like a pro
• Stay knowledgeable about our offerings so you can confidently assist guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and one-of-a-kind experience that upholds Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay’s legendary reputation as a internationally recognized attraction
• Jump in wherever needed — from cleaning and stocking to concessions and special pirate missions — because teamwork makes the treasure shine!

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (preferred)
• Strong team player who brings positive energy every shift
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to chat with anyone
• Friendly, upbeat attitude that lights up the deck
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexible availability
• Previous experience in tourism, entertainment, or customer service is a big plus
