Job Description Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Slack Platform & AI Integration Engineer/ Slack App Developer for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows. For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage. Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM , Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill).
