Location: local to Greater Seattle area, 3x wk onsite required

What You'll Do
* Provide hands on execution and coordination support across procurement and supply chain activities while also supporting business analysis work. Blends tactical procurement execution with structured problem solving in ambiguous environments
* Drive purchase orders (POs) to procure equipment for silicon testing
* Respond to engineering quotes/requests and follow up with suppliers on timing
* Track shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays
* Navigate trade/customs issues with internal teams
* Onboard new suppliers into client procurement system
* Gather requirements with finance and cross-functional stakeholders
* Author clear, structured business requirements docs (BRDs)
What You'll Bring
* Procurement / supply chain ops (POs, supplier coordination, logistics tracking
* Business analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering, BRDs)
* Trade / customs / tax exposure a plus
* High ambiguity tolerance; self-directed and organized
* Strong stakeholder coordination + follow-through
* Prior experience working at Microsoft - highly preferred

Actual compensation will dependupon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
