Location: Dallas, TX
Who You'll Work With
Our teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future - and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.
This experienced Change Manager Consultant will proactively support a major transformation initiative. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful change adoption through strong communications, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. The Change Manager will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency throughout the early and critical phases of the program. This role is well-suited for a consultant who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, building structure where needed, and independently driving change workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
What You'll Do
Complete outstanding discovery activities to inform, validate, and refine the overall change management approach.
Develop, guide, and socialize a Change Management and Communications Strategy, driving it through stakeholder review and approval with a strong emphasis on engagement and message effectiveness.
Own the communications and engagement strategy, including the development of supporting artifacts such as:
Communication plans and timelines
Leadership and all‑hands content
Newsletters and targeted stakeholder messaging
Identify and assess change impacts across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring impacts are clearly documented and communicated.
Build and maintain strong cross‑functional and leadership relationships, serving as a trusted partner during the early phases of the transformation.
Lead and coordinate communications to proactively inform stakeholders of:
Project progress and milestones
Anticipated change impacts
Key decisions and implications
Proactively identify, escalate, and communicate risks and issues, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely mitigation.
Support overall program delivery by bringing structure, foresight, and a change‑first mindset to project planning and execution.
