Who You'll Work With

We're seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and tackle complex data challenges for our clients. You will be driving strategic initiatives and fostering an environment of innovation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee large-scale data architecture projects leveraging Databricks
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to engineering teams ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through digital transformation and data strategy development
• Serve complex databricks implementation sales/pre-sales pursuits
• Lead large databricks migration/modernization delivery engagements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of data engineering or architecture experience
• 6+ years of extensive hands-on experience with databricks
• Mastery of big data platforms, cloud data warehouses, and object-oriented progamming
• Expert in NoSQL databases, container management systems, an AI/ML tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Databricks Certification
• Experience leading multiple complex databricks projects

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted hourly pay range is $75/hr to $105/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
