What You'll Do

ROB support (content, meetings, follow ups, cross functional coordination)
Additional program management for key initiatives that arise
Exec-level stakeholder management
Complex run-of-show and production integration
Vendor coordination (creative, broadcast, technical)
Produce engaging event content that resonates with a global audience.
Manage culturally inclusive and accessible design formats (IRL, hybrid, virtual)
What You'll Bring

7+years project/program management experience
Experience leading large-scale hybrid or virtual-first productions, ideally in a global enterprise setting.
Able to serve as a liaison between both business & technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
Risk/contingency planning a plus
Experience with globally distributed engagement models
Ability to translate strategic priorities into large-scale hybrid event production and engagement

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $75/HR to $85/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
