Who You'll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. Our vision is to enable a world in which everyone loves their work and life. We help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there.

What You'll Do

* Translate rapid, ad hoc executive and Sales leadership requests into a structured intake, prioritization, and tracking model

* Establish and operationalize a consistent Rhythm of Business (ROB), including weekly updates, executive-ready summaries, and account-level views

* Design and maintain an Executive Hub (single source of truth) to house ROB materials, master decks, insights, and key Services execution artifacts

* Drive consistency in how updates and insights are surfaced across email, Teams, and shared repositories - reducing noise and fragmentation

* Coordinate and blend PM and communications activities across parallel workstreams

* Identify and resolve friction points between workstreams that are slowing execution or decision-making

* Proactively enable leadership with forward-looking, structured updates versus reactive, last-minute requests

* Support change adoption by reinforcing standard processes, cadence, and communication norms without heavy governance overhead

What You'll Bring

* Strong program or project management background with emphasis on structure, cadence, and operational rigor rather than delivery execution

* Demonstrated experience establishing or running a Rhythm of Business for senior or executive stakeholders

* Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, executive-ready content

* Experience building and maintaining shared operational assets (exec hubs, master decks, reporting repositories)

* Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environments with shifting priorities

* Proven capability translating unstructured asks into clear workstreams, timelines, and outputs

* Comfort interfacing with Sales, Services, Finance, and Operations partners without owning functional outcomes

* Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority

* Experience supporting Sales execution, Services operations, or customer success motions in large enterprise environments

* Consulting background preferred; experience advising on operating model, process design, or execution enablement is a plus
