Overview
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead the establishment and evolution of an Agile Release Train (ART) supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation. This role will serve as the servant leader and coach for a distributed organization comprised of product, platform, and enabling teams, driving improved delivery predictability, alignment, and execution across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has successfully launched Agile Release Trains from the ground up, transformed underperforming SAFe environments, and influenced teams and leaders to adopt effective agile delivery practices. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $85-100/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
