Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Senior Change Manager
Location: Silicon Valley - Sunnyvale/Mountain View Area

This experienced Senior Change Management Consultant will support complex initiatives within a dynamic client environment. This role will partner closely with the Director of Change and work across a broad set of stakeholders to drive adoption, alignment, and sustained change. The ideal consultant is highly effective at building trust and relationships quickly, brings strong core change management capabilities, and is comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments where problems are not always well defined.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Director of Change and senior stakeholders to plan and execute change management activities aligned to organizational priorities
Build strong, credible relationships quickly across leadership, delivery teams, and impacted stakeholder groups
Lead core change management activities, including:
Stakeholder engagement and alignment
Communications planning and delivery
Training strategy, development, and facilitation
Meeting planning, facilitation, and executive‑level presentations
Support leaders and teams through change by providing clear messaging, structure, and hands‑on guidance
Facilitate working sessions, leadership discussions, and decision‑oriented meetings with confidence and executive presence
Operate effectively in ambiguity, helping teams clarify problems, surface risks, and identify practical paths forward
Apply strong problem‑solving skills to address adoption challenges, resistance, and emerging issues in real time
Provide onsite support to reinforce adoption, gather feedback, and adjust change approaches as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $74 to $82/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
