What You'll Do
* Serve as a Technical Program Manager supporting a security-first initiative across multiple gaming studio teams
* Translate high-level security requirements into clear, actionable guidance for engineering and studio stakeholders
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of security KPIs, remediation expectations, and timelines
* Drive alignment and accountability across multiple teams, tracking progress and managing delivery against defined milestones
* Act as a central point of coordination-routing teams to the right experts, resources, and escalation paths as needed
* Facilitate communication between studio teams and the central security program, surfacing risks, blockers, and common themes
* Provide light coaching to teams on planning and executing environment or tenant migration efforts
* Identify patterns across teams and proactively recommend improvements to processes, tooling, or enablement
* Support program reporting, status updates, and continuous improvement efforts across the initiative
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management roles
* Experience working within the gaming industry or supporting game development studios
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure concepts
* Ability to interpret technical security requirements and translate them into business-friendly guidance
* Proven experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and guide technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience driving programs that involve security, compliance, or infrastructure modernization is a plus
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Experience facilitating collaboration across distributed teams and connecting stakeholders to the right resources
* Ability to identify risks, surface blockers, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment
