The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in Helena, TX to recruit a dependable Sleep Center Administrative Assistant for their Sleep Lab.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team while providing exceptional administrative support and helping deliver a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience while assisting with general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals
  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records
  • Prepare reports, monitor clinic schedules & assist with prior authorizations
  • Maintain office supplies and support daily clinic operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and clinical staff
  • Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a physician clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience multitasking, obtaining information, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
