This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated sleep professional to help lead daily operations, support clinical excellence, and enhance the patient experience in a collaborative, patient -focused environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

Working closely with the Sleep Center Manager and Medical Director, this position helps create a seamless, compassionate patient experience while supporting high -quality diagnostic sleep services.<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Coordinate patient flow and room utilization, support patient education for home sleep studies, and perform and/or score sleep studies as needed<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Serve as a key problem -solver—addressing patient, provider, and operational concerns in real time to keep the department running at its best<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain clinical equipment, support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with staff coordination, development, and long -term planning that supports the continued growth and success of the Sleep Center—all while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>

    Education, Experience & Certifications<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Previous experience working in a sleep lab required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Supervisory or coordinator experience in a Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care department preferred<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) & BLS certifications required and must be maintained<\/span>
