As a Polysomnographic Technician, you’ll work alongside physicians and clinical specialists to deliver high -quality sleep diagnostics and overnight care for patients experiencing sleep -related disorders.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Under the supervision of a licensed physician, you will:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic (sleep) studies with precision and attention to detail<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor and collect high -quality, artifact -free diagnostic data<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze sleep study results to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Adjust and manage respiratory support devices for patients with suspected sleep -related breathing disorders<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout overnight testing<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure exceptional outcomes<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform EEGs in conjunction with sleep studies when needed<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Education & Experience<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • 1–3 years of sleep lab and/or respiratory therapy or a related field clinical experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Training or experience in sleep laboratory technology, respiratory therapy, or a related healthcare discipline<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Certifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • CPR certification required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • ACLS preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • RPSGT credential required, or candidates must be actively enrolled in or have successfully completed one of the following approved pathways:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • A -STEP Online Self -Study Modules<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • CAAHEP -accredited Sleep Technology program<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Electro neurodiagnostic (END) Program<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Respiratory Therapy add -on track for Sleep Technology <\/span><\/span>
