Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose sleep-related language and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans

  • Conduct on-site patient evaluations and document progress in records

  • Track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain accurate pipelines

  • Stay current with clinical guidelines and participate in continuous professional development

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and referrals

  • Educate patients and caregivers on sleep language strategies and home exercises

  • Generate and manage timely reports on caseload, progress, and billing codes

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion within the territory based on data

  • Maintain high on-site presence, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols

  • Advise on equipment needs and contribute to service delivery optimization


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed SLP with specialization in sleep-related language disorders.

  • Experience diagnosing and treating sleep-language communication disorders.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans.

  • Ability to track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain pipelines.

  • On-site patient evaluations with meticulous documentation in records.

  • Stay current with clinical guidelines; engage in professional development.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and manage referrals.
