Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose sleep-related language and communication disorders
Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans
Conduct on-site patient evaluations and document progress in records
Track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain accurate pipelines
Stay current with clinical guidelines and participate in continuous professional development
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and referrals
Educate patients and caregivers on sleep language strategies and home exercises
Generate and manage timely reports on caseload, progress, and billing codes
Identify opportunities for service expansion within the territory based on data
Maintain high on-site presence, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols
Advise on equipment needs and contribute to service delivery optimization
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed SLP with specialization in sleep-related language disorders.
Experience diagnosing and treating sleep-language communication disorders.
Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans.
Ability to track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain pipelines.
On-site patient evaluations with meticulous documentation in records.
Stay current with clinical guidelines; engage in professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and manage referrals.
