About the POSITION

Join a growing, independent, nonprofit Critical Access Hospital and regional health system serving communities throughout beautiful Northeastern Oregon. This organization combines the close-knit culture and personalized care of a community hospital with an impressive range of specialty services and modern medical technology.

The health system includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, more than 20 primary and specialty clinics, 80+ providers, and 800+ employees and continues to invest in expanding access to high-quality healthcare throughout the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in Sleep Medicine to join an established, collaborative team.

  • AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services for adult patients ages 18+
  • New graduates are welcome and will receive structured training, physician support, and mentorship
  • Level IV Trauma Center

  • No after-hours call requirements
  • Average of approximately 12 patients per day
  • Epic electronic health record
  • Join a professional staff consisting of three full-time physicians and one nurse practitioner, supported by an experienced clinic nursing team

Responsibilities

The provider will evaluate and manage adult patients with a broad range of sleep disorders and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive sleep medicine services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of sleep disorders
  • Reviewing and interpreting sleep study findings with physician support
  • Initiation and ongoing management of PAP therapy
  • Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adherence
  • Patient education regarding sleep hygiene, PAP use, and treatment compliance
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other specialties to provide coordinated patient care

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Highly competitive total compensation opportunity of $147K+, including:
